Discover the Origin Story of Speed Demon, AKA James Saunders. Bryn breaks down the tale of an unhappy chemist that's frustrated with his workplace at the Hudson pharmaceutical company of West Caldwell, New Jersey. He was contacted by the GrandMaster and offered the chance to become a superhero with powers of his own, in exchange for joining a team. At this point, Saunders was known as the Whizzer, with the formular created by himself and the GrandMaster giving him superhuman speed.
